BIG Surprise: Trump is funneling more campaign funds to pay his legal expenses.
Yep, that’s right, he’s doing it AGAIN. Anyone who is surprised by this has clearly not been paying attention.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Donald John Trump doesn’t give a single care in the world about anyone other than himself! He’s USING his followers/supporters. Every. Single. One. Of. Them. If “one of them” includes you, then, yes, he’s using *you* too.
Even members of the GOP (no doubt motivated by their own self-interests) are now trying to call him out on it!
This is neither the first time, nor likely to be the last, that Trump has fleeced “his people” with controversial fundraising practices and funds redirection.
Whether he’s fundraising for non-existent funds like his “Official Election Defense Fund” following the 2020 election, diverting funds to various PACs for other purposes, quietly hiding details in the fine print that he knows most people won’t bother reading, committing unwitting supporters to recurring donations…, everything he does is sneaky, sleazy, oily, underhanded, and self-serving.
He pays for very little on his own. He begs, borrows, cheats, and steals. He cries out against some manufactured threat or false claim of persecution and then shoots out emails and texts asking his followers and supporters to all chip in and help him fight against it.
What? They’re all chipping in for his benefit? Bootstraps, people, bootstraps! Let him pull himself up by his own just like he and the rest of his party insist *you* should be doing!
